The book truly lives up to its subtitle, "The Intimate Story of Patsy Cline." Patsy's life was filled with soaring highs and sometimes depressing lows. Her marriage(s) were rocky to say the least. New details in this edition give further insight into her troubles. Nassour just lays the facts out there (always well-documented, sometimes with Patsy's own words) and the reader can decide what to make of them. The good, the bad and the ugly are all there and Nassour's approach is always well-balanced and fair. His biography of Patsy was the first, and in my opinion the best, and this new edition reinforces that.
